Sterling Transcription has the perfect dictation technology solution for your practice, working across recording platforms including Olympus, Philips and Sony.

Our secure online login allows our clients to easily upload their dictations, templates and any notes or turnaround requests they wish to include. Switching to digital dictation couldn't be easier. All you need to start is a digital dictation device.

At Sterling Transcription we recommend recorders that have a high quality recording option, such as the Olympus DS-5000.

Sterling Transcription is able to integrate with a number of different medical software packages. Files are returned and automatically sorted back into the practice software, ensuring the best in office efficiency.

Your first dictation with Sterling Transcription:

 

  • After dictating your first letter or report, simply connect the recorder to your computer.
  • Generally an option to save the audio file automatically pops up on your screen. We recommend saving all audio files to a folder that is easy to find - for example, one that is located on the desktop. 
  • Login to your secure Sterling Transcription account via our website, go to the upload files section, click on 'Browse' and click through to where you saved the file.
  • It's just as simple to add notes or upload templates if you have particular requirements.
